ARTICLE 1 – PRICES

1.1 – Prices are expressed in euros, including all taxes. They include the cost of the products, handling, and packaging, but exclude shipping costs.

1.2 – For orders shipped outside mainland France, you are considered the importer of the products. Customs duties or other local taxes may apply and are your responsibility.

1.3 – Dejima reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS

2.1 – Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

2.2 – After placing an order on the website, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed and that payment is valid. This email summarizes your order: products, quantities, prices, and delivery address.

2.3 – Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Once ready for shipment, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch.

2.4 – Dejima reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order from a customer with whom there is a previous unresolved payment dispute.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

3.1 – Orders can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) via Shopify Pay. Payments are secure, and your banking data is encrypted and not accessible to Dejima.

3.2 – Dejima reserves the right to suspend an order in case of payment refusal or non-payment.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

4.1 – Delivery times indicated on the website are approximate.

4.2 – Delivery is carried out by the carrier. Dejima is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. Delays due to the seller’s fault may give rise to remedies under French law.

4.3 – If you receive a visibly damaged or opened parcel, we recommend refusing it with the carrier. Any damage related to transport must be reported to Dejima within 5 days of receipt, with photos of the parcel and the damaged products. We will then resend the item at no extra cost. These provisions do not affect your legal rights under the statutory warranty of conformity.

4.4 – If a parcel is not received and it is proven lost by the postal service, Dejima will send a replacement at no extra cost.

ARTICLE 5 – CONFORMITY

Products are sold as represented on the website. Minor variations may occur due to reproduction techniques, but they do not affect the product’s legal conformity.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 – You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product. The product price and standard shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

6.2 – Products must be returned in their original packaging. Dejima reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged during return shipping.

6.3 – Refunds will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the returned product.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTES

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French-language version of these terms and conditions shall prevail. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
